Frequently Asked Questions What about shipping & taxes? Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will not be shipped until the customer has been notified of a price change. Prices do not include state and local taxes. All prices are FOB St. Louis. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors. What about returns? Returned Goods: Goods will not be accepted for return without our authorization. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns can be accepted on opened food items. Any damages must be reported to the shipping agent and our office upon receipt. All commericial equipment carries a 1 year parts and labor warranty. We stand behind what we sell. What about payment? Terms: All sales are COD unless open account has been previously approved. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Money orders and Cashiers Checks are acceptable. No personal checks. How long will it take to get my order? Availabiltiy: Most orders will be shipped out withing 2 working days of receipt. However not all items are available for immediate shipment. Once your order is received you will be notified of approximate ship date if it is expected to be beyond the 2 working days. You will be notified of any backorders. Unless otherwise instructed back orders will automatically ship when the product is available.
